How to get long hair

Tip#3 Choose carefully

Choose shampoo carefully for your hair. Today they have a lot of chemistry and it is bad for your hair.Try not to use all kinds of conditioners very often, they are not always useful for you. Give some breaks for your hair: don`t do anything with it for a couple of days. Give it some rest.

Tip#4 Eat well.

It sounds strange, but your ration influences on your hair. Try to eat more vegetables  that contain protein.

Tip#5 Drink water.

If you have dry and dull hair, water is vital for you. If you don’t like drinking water, you may drink tea or flavored water. Try to drink less coffee, soda and alcohol.

Tip#6 Sleep well.

Healthy sleeping is fundamental for strong hair.You should sleep at least eight hours. Your whole body is resting and repairing, and your hair is growing!
