From a degree in Business Computing, Martin Skinner who started his career in the technology industry, landed into the real estate sector when he bought his three-bedroom North Woolwich house. However, he is aware of the challenges that exist in this sphere – offices in the best locations are not that many that make the entire process quite fiercely competitive. Plus, these small-sized offices are all old buildings and to renovate them into micro-apartments, there are designing and construction limitations. But the man behind the wheels has all the knowledge and the ingenuity to overcome the challenges and build some deserving apartments in the place.
