Personal branding is important when it comes to making yourself known to others. As a brand, you increase your value to others, but only if you build your brand strategically so that others can see that value.   Steps to follow to create your own brand Brand Discovery: Who are you? Who are you ? Where is your passion? What do you want your brand to represent? Discovering a brand is really about understanding what you want to represent and not just what you want to represent today, but what you want to represent for the rest of your life. Creating a personal brand statement can help you in this discovery process. Communicate with those who would be interested in your cause or topic.   Using Quora: A relatively new medium, but a great place to get to know those who are interested in your brand. Invest time and answer questions. It will help you grow your audience and get your name out there. Quora is a great way to show off your expertise by answering your questions.   You create your brand, so display a recognizable photo on all platforms. If you do decide to have a logo created, don't forget to use it to help build awareness of your brand as well. Now that you have the tools, it's time to start building.
