ATC is committed to the best possible levels of service and provides Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting as part of our account management program.The following table details ATC’S service levels:

Standard Courier

Our Standard Service is a 5 hour delivery from time of booking.

VIP Courier

Our VIP Service is 2 hour delivery time.

Express (RED HOT)

A Guaranteed SUPERFAST service for those extremely urgent consignments that Sydney metro couriers must be there by your deadline – not ours! Please inform us of your deadline at time of booking.

Delivery Times

Average delivery times are significantly less than maximums quoted. However these are subject to traffic and weather conditions. Extra time (Approx 25%) should be allowed for deliveries of more than 30 km driving distance and to destinations outside the metropolitan area.

Taxi Truck Service

Our standard service provides vehicles on either an hourly or kilometre basis. For up to 1 tonne vehicles allow up to 4 hours from the time the goods are available to delivery. For vehicles 2 tonne and over, delivery times will vary depending on size of consignment and loading times.
